I install and customize the Daily AI Agents stack on your hardware for one of three customer profiles: solo founders who want their own autonomous AI company, small teams (≤ 10 people) building a product, and operators who want the runtime without the research project.
Every engagement covers three phases: install plus customize the runtime, develop one to three custom skills the customer's domain demands, then ongoing optimization for as long as the retainer holds.

One-time install plus customize for your team. Includes the OS bundle, a customized VOICE.md for your brand, 1 to 3 custom skills scoped during the discovery call, and 30 days of email plus Discord support.
Hourly retainer
Custom skill development, architecture review, ongoing optimization. Retainer renews monthly, cancel any time. Hourly rate is set per engagement based on team size and integration complexity. Logged hours, honest invoices.
Per-skill bounty
Pay per delivered skill rather than per hour. Useful when you have a clearly scoped one-off capability you need built into your runtime. Each skill gets its own SKILL.md plus run.sh plus tests plus 30 days of fixes.
