Terms of Service
Effective April 15, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using a product or service from Daily AI Agents LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If a signed agreement or product-specific term conflicts with this page, the more specific agreement controls for that product or engagement.
2. Services
We provide digital products, public writing, consulting, and agreed AI workflow or automation work. The applicable product page, checkout, proposal, or signed statement of work describes the deliverables, timing, price, and any additional terms.
3. Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payment is due through the processor and on the schedule shown in the purchase terms or a signed statement of work. The 30-minute discovery call has no fee. Digital-product, consulting, and recurring-plan refunds follow the Refund Policy and any more specific signed terms.
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights in material you provide and in deliverables a signed agreement assigns to you. We retain rights in our pre-existing products, methods, skills, code, templates, and branding. A purchase does not authorize you to resell or redistribute a product or template as-is unless its license expressly permits it.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide information and permissions you have the right to share.
- Review outputs before using them for a consequential decision or public action.
- Maintain appropriate human oversight, security, backups, and legal review for your use case.
- Use the product or service lawfully and within the agreed scope.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Except for an express promise in a signed agreement, products and services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not provide legal advice or a regulatory certification, and we make no promise that an AI system will be error-free or secure.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it during the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not allow it.
7. Governing law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, disputes will be resolved in a court with jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas.
