Terms of Service
Effective: April 15, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using services from Daily AI Agents LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide digital products (templates, guides, prompt packs), consulting services (AI workflow discovery, custom AI agent implementations), and a newsletter. Specific deliverables are described on each product's page.
3. Payment & Refunds
Digital products come with a 30-day refund for unsatisfied buyers, no questions asked. Consulting engagements are billed per signed statement of work (SOW), with refund terms defined per SOW. The discovery call is complementary. Subscription products can be canceled anytime — access continues through the current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
You own what you create using our tools. We retain rights to our products, skills, code, and branding. Do not resell our templates as-is.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
