Daily AI Agents Discuss an engagement

Manifesto

We refuse to ship unverified AI.

Not because AI has to be perfect. Because somebody has to own the miss.

The plain truth

A confident answer is not the same thing as a supported answer.

AI makes it cheap to produce something polished. It does not make the thing true, safe, owned, or ready for a customer. That gap is where the real work starts.

We will not fill an empty proof section with a logo, a quote, a review, or a number we cannot support. Empty is honest. Empty also tells us exactly what to build next.

The human stays named

Agents can do the work. They do not absorb responsibility.

Cooper owns public voice, customer relationships, and the decisions that affect the world. The system can draft, check, and surface evidence. A human still approves the consequence.

A useful system can say no

A refusal is a product feature.

If the evidence is missing, the answer is need data. If a check fails, the release stops. If the problem is not worth an engagement, we do not invent one. That is slower than a demo and faster than cleaning up an avoidable mistake.
