What every certificate records
A certificate applies only to the named subject, surfaces, prompts, facts, and re-scan date. AI outputs may change after issuance.

- Named signature and permanent registry URL
Expired and superseded records remain visible.
A later state does not erase the earlier one. Current, expired, and superseded statuses stay addressable so the history can be inspected.
