1. Overview

This policy applies to services and products provided by Daily AI Agents LLC. Using a service in violation of this policy may result in a warning, restricted access, suspension, or termination, depending on the risk and severity.

2. Permitted uses

Our services are intended for lawful business purposes, including consulting engagements, purchased digital products, requested newsletter delivery, and agreed AI workflow or automation work.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not use our services or products to:

• break the law, commit fraud, or facilitate harm;
• create, deliver, or conceal malware or malicious code;
• gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against a person;
• infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Daily AI Agents; or
• resell proprietary products or materials as your own without written permission.

4. Security

If a service gives you credentials, tokens, or private deliverables, you are responsible for keeping them secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not test or probe our systems without written permission.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate a credible violation and take proportionate action to protect people, data, and systems. Where practical, we will explain the violation and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Severe, unlawful, or repeated conduct may result in immediate termination.
