All digital products purchased through Gumroad come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] with your order ID and we'll process the refund within 3 business days.
Consulting & Done-For-You Services
The discovery call is complementary — no charge. For paid consulting engagements, refund terms are defined in the signed statement of work (SOW) for each engagement. If deliverables don't meet the agreed scope and we can't resolve it, we'll work out a fair resolution.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellation.
